Thanks to Boast, we have created a "Testimonial collection page" for each of our courses. In this page, there is a little script to follow to make things easier for our students and the embedded Boast form to send their video. When the students finish the course, we ask them to fill out a final survey, and if we see they are a success case, we will send then an e-mail with a link to the "testimonial collection page" so they can send us their video through Boast.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Boast before I pay?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try 4k video, display widgets, customizing forms and other core features. During your trial, videos, widgets, and forms are watermarked and display a trial notice. Gift cards and SMS messages are not available in the trial.

What counts against my storage limit?

All photos and videos that you collect or upload will count against your storage limit unless you permanently delete them from your account.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, you can earn money by referring other businesses to Boast.

If I don’t like Boast, can I request a refund?

We offer a free trial and low cost monthly plans where you can cancel at any time. We do this to make it simple for you and our team. To be fair and to not have to review everything on a case by case basis, we simply do not offer refunds. Please try before you buy, or choose a monthly plan and cancel if it doesn’t fit your needs.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade later?

Yes! If at any time you need to change your account status, you can make changes directly from the subscription page within your Boast account. If you’re updating your account mid billing cycle, you will be charged the difference of the current plan you’re on and the plan you’re upgrading to.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit (contacts, emails, storage)

We’ll send you an email when you’re over to allow you time to upgrade your account – your form does not shut off right away. Just upgrade as soon as you can to prevent a hold on your account.

Do you have an agency plan?

We currently offer a simple and easy affiliate plan and have features within Boast to connect user accounts to multiple plans.
